Project Overview

This project features a fully installed automated production line designed to improve material handling efficiency and reduce manual labor in the customer’s factory.

The system integrates vertical reciprocating lifts, palletizing and depalletizing equipment, and multiple conveyor systems, forming a smooth and continuous workflow from material infeed to final pallet handling.

Solution Description

The complete line includes lifting systems for vertical transfer, palletizers and depalletizers for efficient stacking, and conveyor systems for stable and continuous transportation.

All equipment is precisely coordinated to ensure smooth operation, stable performance, and high safety during daily production.
