16m Custom Two-Section Mobile Dock Ramp Successfully Loaded for Overseas Client

2026-03-19

Project Overview

We recently completed and shipped a custom 16-meter mobile dock ramp for an overseas client. This project was specially designed for handling extra-long and heavy cargo, where standard dock ramps could not meet operational requirements.

The ramp is finished in high-visibility yellow, ensuring safe operation in busy warehouse and yard environments.

Custom Design Highlights

  • Total Length: 16 meters

  • Structure: Two-section detachable design

  • Color: Safety yellow (customized)

  • Capacity: Heavy-duty loading (customizable)

  • Application: Container loading & unloading for oversized goods

The two-section design allows easier transportation and container loading, while maintaining the strength and stability required for long ramps.

Why This Solution Was Needed

For this client, standard dock ramps were too short to create a safe slope for loading long or heavy cargo.

Our engineering team provided a tailor-made solution:

  • Reduced loading angle for safer forklift operation

  • Improved efficiency in container loading

  • Adapted to specific site conditions

Loading & Shipment

The dock ramp was successfully loaded into a container at our factory.
Thanks to the modular two-piece structure, the ramp fit efficiently into the container, helping the client save on shipping costs.
