The logistics park serves as a regional distribution center, handling high-frequency loading and unloading operations for various types of trucks and cargo.
To improve loading efficiency, reduce labor intensity, and ensure safe dock operations, the client decided to install a large quantity of dock levelers across multiple warehouse bays during the construction phase.
After detailed communication and site evaluation, our team supplied and installed over 80 units of hydraulic dock levelers, customized according to the warehouse dock height and truck compatibility requirements.
Each dock leveler was designed to provide:
Smooth height adjustment between warehouse dock and truck bed
Stable and safe loading surface for forklifts and pallet trucks
High durability for long-term, high-frequency logistics operations
The installation was completed in coordination with the overall construction schedule of the logistics park.
All dock levelers were installed on-site by our experienced technical team.
After installation, each unit underwent:
Structural inspection
Hydraulic system testing
Load and operation testing
As shown in the project photos, the dock levelers are fully integrated with the warehouse docks and ready for daily operation.
After installation, the logistics park achieved:
Significantly improved loading and unloading efficiency
Reduced reliance on manual labor
Enhanced safety during dock operations
A standardized and professional loading dock layout
The successful delivery of this project once again demonstrates our strong capabilities in large-scale dock leveler manufacturing, supply, and installation.
